Update script and slides after timed rereading.
Script: - Set marks for slide change. - Remove slide comments (already implemented), added a couple more. - Don't read wireless testbed examples. - Lots of small changes to ease readability. Slides: - Better phrase to build your own testbed. - Fix location of towers slide. - Include Community-Lab in title of testbed arch slide. - Refocus frame of admins & researchers in testbed slide (show CN). - Refocus frame of gatewayh includes server. - Jump straight from researcher in testbed arch slide to slivers slide. - Remove global slide for example. check-in: dc5691d99d user: ivan tags: trunk | |

216 216 217 217 More information: http://community-lab.net/, http://confine-project.eu/ 218 218 219 219 Community networks and researchers: We look forward to your participation! 220 220 221 221 Questions? Thanks. 222 222 223 -# Commenters: Less attention on architecture, more on global working of 224 -# testbed. 225 - 226 -# Ivan: Describe simple experiment, show diagram (UML-like timing diagram? 227 -# small animation?) showing the steps from slice creation to instantiation, 228 -# activation, deactivation and deletion for that example experiment. 229 - 230 -# Axel: Maybe the difference of push and pull can be a bit hidden since 231 -# concepts of allocation and deployment remain somehow. 232 - 233 -# Ivan: Explain sliver connectivity options using a table with examples ("for 234 -# this experiment you can use that type of sliver interface"). 235 - 236 -# Axel: I think there are also many figures and lists in the paper that can be 237 -# reused as buzzwords. 238 - 239 -# Axel: For example its nice if RDs, sliver connectivity, experiment 240 -# status,... can be instantly demonstrated using globally routable IPv6 241 -# addresses to anybody without having to prepare complex tunnels. These are 242 -# attractive advantages of our design/implementation over PlanetLab and we 243 -# should make use of it and exploit them in demonstrations, dissemination, 244 -# open-call... 245 - 246 -# Ivan: We may show more or less the same presentation in the upcoming SAX 247 -# 2012 (Tortosa, September 29-29). We may add (or dedicate more time to) a 248 -# couple of points more related with Community Networks, namely the Open Call 249 -# and how to participate in Community-Lab. 250 - 251 223 # Local Variables: 252 224 # mode: org 253 225 # End:
